Now it’s about rehearsal. Do half and full simulations at race pace, practise your transitions and lock in your pacing plan for the 8 × 1 km runs.
A HYROX race is 8 × 1 km running, each followed by a station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Practise them in our free Workout of the Day.
