Privacy policy

RoxAiCoach is run by Mathias Damgaard, Denmark (“we”). This policy explains what we collect on roxaicoach.com and why.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, vote or suggest a feature, we collect your email address. If you join the waitlist we also store which channel you came from (for example Instagram) and when you signed up. When you suggest a feature we store the text you write.

Why we collect it

We use your email to confirm that it is really you, to count one vote per person, and – only if you have ticked the box – to send you news about the launch of RoxAiCoach. The legal basis is your consent (waitlist and news) and our legitimate interest in preventing fake votes.

Who we share it with

Emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Data is stored with Google Firebase. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can withdraw your consent by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Write to the contact email below. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. If you vote, a small key is saved in your browser so you do not have to confirm your email every time.
