2 weeks to go: taper
Cut volume, keep a little intensity, sleep well and trust the work. Short race-pace efforts keep you sharp without adding fatigue.
A HYROX race is 8 × 1 km running, each followed by a station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Practise them in our free Workout of the Day.
