Start linking running with stations. Compromised runs (1 km straight after a station), tempo intervals and heavier sled work will make race day feel familiar.
A HYROX race is 8 × 1 km running, each followed by a station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Practise them in our free Workout of the Day.
