You have time on your side. Focus on aerobic running volume, strength for sled push and pull, and learning efficient technique on every station. Keep most sessions easy and consistent.
A HYROX race is 8 × 1 km running, each followed by a station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Practise them in our free Workout of the Day.
